Accidents / Personal Injuries

If you've been injured in an accident, whether it be from a car crash, a slip or fall, cycling accidents, workplace accidents  or otherwise any of our solicitors will be happy to meet you, take the details, advise you on your prospects and formulate a claim for you with the Personal Injuries Assessment Board in the first instance and court proceedings thereafter where necessary.

*In contentious business, a solicitor may not calculate fees or other charges as a percentage or proportion of any award or settlement.

Medical Negligence

If you or a loved one have suffered injury as a result of questionable medical treatment or extended pain / loss as a result of a misdiagnosis, we have the experience to work with you to obtain your records, investigate the circumstances and engage the necessary medical experts (from the UK) to satisfy the legal test to ground a successful claim.

We strive to deal with all such claims in a sensitive and compassionate manner while ensuring that you as our client are kept informed of progress at  each step of the proceedings.

We have dealt with cerebral palsy, breast surgery claims, pneumothorax, cauda equina syndrome, fatal injuries and nervous shock claims for parents and spouses of those injured.

*In contentious business, a solicitor may not calculate fees or other charges as a percentage or proportion of any award or settlement.

Property / Mortgage

We help you when buying or selling property to get the necessary contracts and closing legal documentation finalised in an efficient and timely manner.

We pride ourselves on working well with your bank to facilitate the speedy drawdown of mortgages and with our colleagues to expedite the closing of your transaction.

Niamh McLynn in 2017 actually managed to complete all the legal work from start to finish on a conveyancing transaction within one week -with the necessary coperation of the solicitor for the other party- in what must be a record!

We also work closely with your auctioneer particularly when you are selling houses or farm land by public auction, and we ensure that the process runs smoothly.
