Niamh McLynn
Niamh McLynn graduated from UCD with a BCL Bachelor of Law Degree before completing an LLM Masters Degree in European Law from UCD after which she then studied with the Law Society of Ireland and qualified as a solicitor in 1995.
Niamh is an experienced practitioner with a wealth of knowledge in litigation, conveyancing, wills/probate and bankruptcy/insolvency.
She guides clients through all matters and helps them to achieve positive outcomes efficiently. She has contributed to discussions in a number of radio programmes explaining matters of current legal interest.

Tony McLynn
Tony McLynn graduated from University College Dublin, with a BBLS Bachelor of Business & Legal Studies Degree before completing an LLM Masters Degree in Commercial Law also from U.C.D. ,after which he then studied with the Law Society in Dublin and qualified as a Solicitor in 2000.
Tony is primarily a Litigation Solicitor who has established a reputation for fighting hard for his clients no matter how difficult the circumstances or the level of opposition. He has successfully pursued numerous High Court Personal Injuries actions, Medical Negligence claims and large Commercial cases achieving substantial awards and compensation. He tends to his clients with care and understanding of their trauma and grief. Tony attends Inquests and asks the questions families want answered in a sensitive and respectful manner. From his early career, he carved out a successful District Court practice defending persons accused of drink-driving, assaults, public order and such matters, often involving technical and innovative legal arguments to achieve acquittals for his clients. At one point, Tony had successfully defended over thirty contested Circuit Court Jury Trials in a row, including extremely sensitive matters of Dangerous Driving causing Death, Assaults causing serious harm, Fraud, Drugs and Thefts.
He has been a guest panellist on the Claire Byrne Live RTE program and has been interviewed by Radio and News Media both local and national in respect of diverse legal matters. He now draws on a wide varied experience and case law to guide Claimants and Defendants in maximising damages for their claims and achieving the best possible outcome for each client who gives us their instructions.
